*Water Access?  What does it mean?  Most of the 135 Lake Anna communities have both waterfront and non-waterfront lots.  Most have set aside a waterfront lot within the community for use by the non-waterfront owners in that community.  The amenities at these lots vary but may include launch ramp, dock, and boat slips.  A boat slip may be deeded to a certain property, assigned to a certain property or may be day slips to be used on a first come first serve basis.
